We explored consumer perspectives on health, wellness, and shopping preferences. It analyzed how convenience, trust, sustainability, and product perception influence consumer choices.

Research found consumers prioritize natural products and lifestyles for their physical and mental well-being, seeking authenticity, minimal intervention, and alignment with personal values. However, they face challenges such as affordability, skepticism towards product claims, and the need for convenience in adopting natural choices.
